What's covered?
If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Ersie Cleaner within 30 days of the delivery date, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.

How to claim?
Email us at admin@shopersie.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for a photo or short video to help us understand the problem and improve our product.

Key Conditions:

• The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
• One claim per household
• The guarantee covers the Ersie Cleaner only, not accessories or bundled items
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval
• Ersie reserves the right to request evidence of use before approving a claim
