What's covered?
Ersie warrants the Ersie Cleaner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery under normal use and care. If your device develops a covered defect within the warranty period, we will at our discretion repair, replace, or refund your device.

What's not covered?
Damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as scratches or discoloration from use are also not covered. Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted conditions described in the manual are not covered, including any damage caused by service performed by anyone.

How to claim?
Email admin@shopersie.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or video showing the issue. We will respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.

Limitations
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Ersie's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the device. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
